I build companies, mostly the kind that rewards patience. A marketplace for mortgage notes, a small studio for the things software can’t do and (slowly) a place for builders to belong to each other.

Most of my hours go to FIXnotes, where we’re democratizing the secondary mortgage market. Icon Moss is the studio I run with my wife - events, brands, the occasional house. Evergreen is what I think about on Sundays.

I work from a 1955 rancher inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. It looks out on deer, fox and one lone great blue heron, in the suburbs between Philly & NYC. I’m a father of three, still on a skateboard, and more and more convinced the best view of anything is from the top of a tree.
